in 5 parts of different shapes and sizes that can be combined variably. The 5 large “bones” are made of semi-refractory white earth lying on clayey “scraps” of brick ready to dissolve, like the decomposition of the human body after death. We are dust that is part of the whole, we ourselves are earth ready to dissolve into stardust in the universe.
Descrizione Personale:

With an academic background, Francesca Baldrighi initially moved in the pictorial / decorative field to reach sculpture with the experience of metal at Studio Arnaldo Pomodoro. He graduated in sculpture in 2020. Since 2016 he meets the world of ceramics, from stoneware to the poorest clay of raw drawn bricks. Matter is not considered by Baldrighi as an end in itself, but is the means by which to express a thought, a concept. The raw beauty of the clay is enhanced in the poverty of the brick earth. Since 1992 she has had personal and collective exhibitions to her credit, nevertheless she is committed to the dissemination of clay working in schools as a means of socialization and therapy.
