The work is a metaphor for the condition in which in some parts of the world women are forced to live. The cage, unfortunately, as the only living space, guardian of femininity and hope, but which hides inside the desire for freedom and emancipation.

Descrizione Personale: 

She has taught human science while coordinating numerous artistic workshops. Over the years she has worked as a self-taught dedicating herself to painting, drawing, and sculpture.

From 2008 to 2010 she attended a ceramic workshop in Catania, becoming passionate about this new art. In 2013 she attended the artist Simona Ragazzi’s atelier in Bologna. Today she works in his own laboratory, creating above all female figures who evoke images kept in memories, giving a personal interpretation to these emotions.

Ha insegnato materie umanistiche, coordinando, nel contempo, numerosi laboratori artistici. Nel corso degli anni ha lavorato da autodidatta dedicandosi alla pittura, al disegno ed alla scultura.

Dal 2008 al 2010 ha frequentato a Catania un laboratorio di lavorazione della ceramica, appassionandosi a questa nuova arte.Nel 2013 ha frequentato a Bologna l’atelier dell’artista Simona Ragazzi. Oggi lavora nel proprio laboratorio, creando soprattutto figure femminili che evocano immagini custodite nei ricordi, dando una interpretazione personale a tali emozioni.
